Delivery and Return Information

Please allow 1-3 working days for processing and dispatching your order. Normally orders placed before 10 pm on a working day are shipped same day. Delay me occur if the payment is not successfully processed or order is not confirmed or stock confirmation is pending. Orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the next working day. Orders Received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. During national holidays, natural calamities or regonal disputes there can be shipping and processing delays.

he orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses or inaccessible areas. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped within 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside Maharashtra, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI/LBT Duty on the top of the price of the item. The levied charges are to be borne by the respective customer. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed the authorities and the local taxes be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of order by User
• Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 3% Bank Charges

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email and providing your Order Number.

General Case
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. In case of dispute the customer has to bear the shipping charges levied by the logistics partners.

In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by S.C.M.U. Store
S.C.M.U. Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Return Policy by S.C.M.U. Store
A user can submit a return request for a product purchased within 15 days after the product delivery.

The return request will not be entertained for the following-
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened or damaged.
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for return of item is made within 3 days of the delivery date. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To submit a return request, a customer must email us the Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement/refund of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return /replacement without our confirmation. For Return/Replacement customer has to send the package to us. We do not provide reverse shipment service. 

Our Replacement Policy:
• Replacement request must be made within 15 days of delivery and must not be part of above list
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither S.C.M.U. Store nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy by

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.
• If the order is confirmed and order is not shipped on time, then we will provide a 100% refunds to customer.
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given
• Refunds will not be issued for damaged return goods. Or a percentage of Refund will be deducted for the damaged product depending upon the severty of damage.
• If the payment is done using card or net banking, the refund will be issued through to the same mode of payment. For orders paid via COD/Bank Transfer or any other mode of payment will be issued store credits or gift vouchers as agreed by the customer.

Shipping Returned Merchandise:
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via a standard courier company or insured speed-post parcel which has an online tracking facility. S.C.M.U. Store does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
